10:00am – 12:30pm –Discover & Deepen
In this workshop you will enjoy a sample of the many elements that make up AcroYoga. Perfect for beginners, this is also an opportunity for seasoned practitioners to deepen their sensitivity in apparently basic postures and transitions, in order to exchange a rich experience with even complete newbies. Come support and be supported!
13:30pm – 16:00pm – Therapeutic flying
This session focuses on mutual therapeutic flying poses which both partners alternatively benefit. Inversions suspended on someone else’s hands and feet allow the spine to gently realign, and the spirit to float in bliss. We will land with Thai massage, where the givers put the passive receiver into restorative and deep yoga stretches.

10:00am – 12:30pm – Flying inversions
A vigorous partner yoga sequence will give us a refreshing wake-up…preparing to flying acrobatics games, especially inversions. This session brings us back to the joyful energies of childhood, while refining our spotting skills to guarantee the safest fun.
13.30pm – 16:00pm – Aerial Transition
We will begin with the partner stretches, a powerful and safe way to deepen classic yoga postures. We will then take off with handstands AcroYoga-style, and create dynamic transitions between our favorite flying poses.

Marc Bauchet, is certified AcroYoga teacher since 2008.
He began his yoga and contact yoga journey 10 years ago,
along the way met with Thai massage and passion
to share the love, fun and healing of these ancient practices.
